I have traveled many counties. But, I have never had to visit a travel health clinic. This past Monday I experienced a truly caring division of health care. I've been an RN for almost 25 years now. Take my word when tell you Raana Sidky (Pharmacist) and her staff are truly passionated and professional about their mission. She took the time to explain each component of my visit. Along the way we talk and laughed ( a little too loud maybe) about some of our travel adventures. But above all she is a kind and very warm hearted individual. My experience at this clinic was amazing. I called the travel clinic last minute regarding vaccines and they immediately gave me and mom an appointment to come in the next day. The pharmacists Raana Sidky made us feel very comfortable and had our vaccines ready to go when we walked in. She was also kind enough to prescribe us medication we needed during our travel and gave us a list of over the counter medications we should take while traveling. The staff here was also nice and very welcoming. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is traveling.
I went to Parkview Medical Plaza Pharmacy to get a meningococcal vaccination required for an upcoming trip, I can not emphasize enough at how easy and streamlined the process was. I was in and out within a minutes. The staff is so warm and welcoming and not to mention the Pharmacist, Raana Sidky who went out of her way to make sure that everything went well and I had the proper documentation ! She also went the extra mile and gave a list of recommended OTC medications and necessities I might need for my trip.
